ENTRY 1: DEAR IAIN.
Iain, you are doing alright!
That is difficult to write as well as read but it is true. Comparison is an unfair and unhealthy standard to live by as well as totting up 10,000 hours to become a master in any given field. Both are outdated measures. You know what you have wanted in your photography - your art - and you might not have transcended to a career in it but you haven't given up on it. You are living with it. You have used it to meet others, celebrate others and help others. You have used it to learn and progress; to be inspired as well as be inspiring. It has given you opportunities and placed you in the company of some esteemed peers and be held in regard yourself.
GOD has been good to you and I know you are grateful.
You are doing alright and I want to to keep going and as you desire to honour GOD more with your photography, lean in and pray more and spray less. Remember that you carry His image and creative spark
